How long does my order take to ship?
Orders take up to one week to be processed and shipped. All items are shipped from Sweden with a tracking number provided.

What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns, as all products are handcrafted with great care. Each ceramic piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, please contact us. However, there are many detailed photos of each product, so please review them thoroughly before purchasing.
